i have a TP-LINK c1200 behind a cable modem that is set up as a bridge. i set up an OpenVPN server on the tp-link router and installed OpenVPN client app on my mobile phone. when im on my home wifi on my mobile phone the app connects to the vpn no problem, BUT when i disable wifi on my mobile and connect to 4G cellular internet im unable to connect to my vpn.
